Unexamin life is not worth living

One of my relative Ashok Thakkar died before few days in mid of night. He was well and active . All of sudden complain for pain and admitted to Hospital. Number of complication in the body forces him to close down his eyes for life time.

Today, in his prayer assembly, i find , well wishers and well wishers. People were apprentice his actions .His deeds, his most spontaneous nature, sense of humour, success level, mentoring, professional ethics and ego less  attitude,.

I find that , only good deeds and actions stay permanently on the planet.It is only possible if you stop doing most non prodctuve work and change pattern in living.

You cannot reach to new level of leadership by doing same thing on everyday. Doing same thing and expecting miracles in life is never possible.

How you can create maestro results by doing same things everyday. I do recommend for discipline and rules in the life .At a same time, you need to do most exciting works everyday.

Such works can make an impact in life, world, society and business houses.

Remember, the final rule of life is that one day you have to take exit. Exit on the planet is certain. Death is most certain event of life. But at what moment it occur that no body knows.

Unexamined life is not worth living. If you are not living life which could not be examine that it is not worth living also.

I believe , Steve and Ashok had lived that life which is worth examined.

Life is not conquering but fighting well

My friend Jerry was one of the most positive people I had ever known. He was always in a good mood and always had something encouraging saying.

He was a manager at a restaurant. If his employee had a bad day, Jerry always helped him to look on the positive side of the situation.

Jerry‘s attitude truly amazed me. So one day I asked him: „How can you be so positive all the time?“. He replied: „You see, every morning I tell myself, that I have two chooses for that day – to be in a good mood or in a bad. I choose the good one. And when something wrong happens, I can be sad and angry or I can learn from it instead. I choose to learn. Thus I choose the positive side of life“. I said: „It is not that easy“. He replied: „Yeas it is. Life is all about chooses. You can choose how people or situation will affect your mood, your life“.

One morning Jerry left the restaurant‘s back door open and was held up at gunpoint by three armed robbers. He tried to open the safe, but his hands shake due to nervousness and he slipped off the combination. So the robbers shot him. Fortunately, Jerry was quickly found and brought to the nearest hospital. After many hours of surgery and long intensive care, Jerry was released home.

When I met him, I asked, what his thoughts were during the robbery. „I thought that I should have locked the back door“, he replied. „Then, when I laid on the floor, I remembered about my chooses in this case: a chose to live and a chose to die. I chose to live.

I asked, if he were scared. Jerry continued: „When they wheeled me into emergency room and I looked at the faces of doctors, I got truly scared. I knew that I need to do something. So when the nurse asked me, if I was allergic to anything, I replied „Yes“. Doctors and nurses stopped working as waited for my answer. I took a deep breath and yelled „Bullets“. They started laughing and I asked: „My chose is to live, operate me as I am alive, not dead“.

Now Jerry is alive owing to skills of his doctors, however his amazing attitude played an important role too. I learned from him, that every day we should choose to live fully no matter what.

Life is not every time winning but every time fighting, yes. You need to fight with life every day, every moment, and every event. Yes.

life is moving between written and unwritten rules.

These rules aren’t written anywhere. Everyone knows them; they’re just accepted and mostly are adhered to. About once a year, though, someone violates an “unwritten rule”. Sportscasters, bartenders and everybody else go insane and argue for two days and it’s all in good fun. We usually say “well, everyone knows that…”, or “they should have known”. Today marks the beginning of the Major League Baseball playoffs (non-American readers, don’t leave, there’s a point here, and you don’t need to understand the game to get it. I promise!) One of the reasons I find the game both intriguing and infuriating is that it has a lot of “unwritten rules”. Tradition, culture and 140 years of playing the game dictate behavior.

You run out a single, even if you know you’re out. It’s okay to try and scare an opposing batter and “brush him back” if he hit a home run off you last time. Grabbing your crotch in public is somehow acceptable…

But here’s the question. If the rules aren’t written down, or at least expressly stated, is it fair to think that people should just know anything? Does everyone really know what you know, or think about things the same way you do? How do you know?

I strongly believe that there must be some rules in the life, relationship, team, business and profession. It is to be very much pre defined and also people around you also know it very well. Transparencies require and in my eyes, prove worthy and fruitful.

These rules add clarity; avoid unnecessary disturbances, hazards, and useless discussions, save lot of unproductive time of everyone’s life. You could lead better life or play better game.

I can certainly understand that there are professions where no rule works, like photography. Fun philosophy. There are places like computer where only rule works. Absolute as per the guideline and rules. Science and technology follow rules they cannot effort luxury of NO RULES. It could cost them probably little life.

In India, religious call smaminaryan. Where the founder is consider as God and treated as God almost after 150 years . They have rule dairy, call ‘ shikshapatri. This small book is known as rule of life.(some of the rules found absolutely absurd in current affairs ) But all the disciples follow it by heart and enjoy feeling of proud for following it.

I do agree but it is a matter of process..When you are so strong internally and by spirit and mind follow it, otherwise rules help you to walk on the roads. Very properly

You could learn few rules by falling over and over. Instead of that, pre defined rules direct you most effectively by the entire mean in all the sides.

Lou Holtz Louis Leo “Lou” Holtz is a retired American football player, coach, and active sportscaster, author, and motivational speaker asserted very promptly that I follow three rules: Do the right thing, do the best you can, and always show people you care.

Certain rules direct you and people very much properly. You become more conscious and follow those rules particularly to avoid most unproductive activities among the relationship. Even, it helps to lead you effectively and straight to the point.

It’s difficult to hold people to a standard that doesn’t technically exist. You, and they, are making a set of assumptions about standards of work, resource availability and codes of behavior. That’s great, until there is a disconnect and something goes wrong.

Sometimes, you know that what is not up to the standard. What is the standard that only you knew it as you have defined standards?

Once something is explicit, it’s a much bigger problem when your dynamics are left implicit, instead of explicit.

Leaders need to learn to appreciate “paradox thinking,” in which apparently opposing priorities or problems are addressed in tandem, writes Deborah Schroeder-Saulnier. That means acknowledging that many situations are not either/or decisions. “Paradox thinking unravels the assumption that, if we analyze a situation thoroughly, one option will trump another in terms of problem-solving,”

Deborah Schroeder-Saulnier, author of The power of paradox come out with innovative thinking. He strongly recommend that either or thinking.

Paradox thinking is “and” thinking. It is thinking that identifies pairs of opposites and determines how they are interdependent relative to a key goal. In the previous examples, one pair of opposites is “short-term revenue and long-term health.”

There are situations where paradox thinking is exactly what you need to solve a problem, and then, there are times when you need to decide between options.

People in leadership roles often associate that false dichotomy with confidence and success. A colonel decides to send troops to one location rather than another for a surprise attack.

A football coach chooses between Play A and Play B to win the game. A doctor relies on quick either/or thinking to make a life-and-death decision. In situations like these, choosing one possibility over another may be necessary to solve a problem.

You have to become decision maker and take decision to zero it on the ground. You are more interested in the outcome not the process. Those who ponder too long can put their jobs at risk.

Adopting an appreciation for paradox ends the practice of viewing conflicting needs separately and addressing one over the other. Paradox thinking unravels the assumption that, if we analyze a situation thoroughly, one option will trump another in terms of problem-solving. You or organizations do not reach their potential when they habitually use that kind of either/or approach to challenges. Their profit, morale, and ability to innovate suffer.

As a sophomore’s high school, he was drop from high school basket ball team. He cried and went home. His mother directs him with few good words. Like, work so hard and perform at your best so one day coach realise that he had made a mistake.

After that he never gives up his dream.

Failure free life is almost impossible. Facing failures is a way of life. Facing hard times and hard situations and hard people could be a part of journey but it won’t allow you to leave your dreams. You could not quit from your goals and accept defeat.

You need to work on other ways of achieving goals. You cannot alter your goals.

I can understand failure and falling down but I cannot accept not getting up for one more time. Fail for 99 times but get up for 100 times.

You cannot lead your life half heartedly. if you do half heartedly expect results half heartedly. Only, your focus should not be shifted or deviate or migrate.

social media presence is not everything

Yesterday, Karina Kaif , Bollywood heroin declare that she will be away from social media for long time. That could give her relief and reduce her stress level.

68% of Fortune 500 CEOs have no social presence on any of the major networks, which is the group you’ll be sticking with when you decide to stay in the shadows.

Lots of great performers are away from social media. Great talent is away from social media. Social media is not everything.

If I asked you one question, what is most important? Result or social media? You will answer RESULT. That’s all. Once you are able to create result in the respective field than social media will take note of it. YES! That is a true and great sense of leadership.

While it’s true that the best leaders in the 21st century didn’t win by following the same playbook as everyone else, who’s to say that bold moves and decisive steps are always going to pay off?

Suppose, you have an account on social media but it is unproductive. It is not full of posting. You just recall what was the last post? How many likes you get on it?

Could you imagine someone in CHINA doing twitter for 24 hours. He had tweeted more than million tweets. Every day, he do tweeting for more than 8 hours.

Okay, so the role models you’ve admired all your life tended to see around corners and be early adopters of the products and technology that transformed how we live and work. Look at Arianna Huffington, who transformed and influenced its shift to digital by sharing content from her site and promoting unknown authors with social media. These bold moves changed her business and revolutionized, which most folks said would never change, so who knows what it might do for your business and industry?

Listen, we know that breaking old habits can be incredibly difficult and learning new ways of doing things with technologies you don’t feel completely comfortable with (yet) can be even harder. But, the fact of the matter is that this is an investment in the future of your business and you can’t ignore it any longer.

Relationship problems are probably some of the most difficult and painful experiences that you encounter in your life. Sometimes, very close intimates disturb you totally. You have not expected and imagine even. Extremely disturb.

Sometimes people just do not treat you the way you want them to. They treat you the way they see you, but there are times when you just cannot change how others feel about you. They decide their grounds and rules to treat you on the basis of experiences, listen from others, observation and past mistakes. They never share with you such events or incidents.

They treat you of course, as per there wish. For all the treatment, whether you are accountable or not, that is your concern. They are not ready to change views.

Even, they change than they have decided to change themselves after few experiences. But it is in there purview, not yours. Even, you try; you are failing all the times.

The only thing you can do is change the way you think. You have complete control of what you think about the situation, how you feel about it, and what kind of attitude you will take. You cannot change how other people see you, so it is best to focus on how you can change your perception rather than agonizing over other people’s perceptions.

Even if someone mocks you, insults you, or teases you, just think, “do as you like,” and let it not bother you. That person may be misusing the freedom given by God, or the person could be actually trying to educate you in a harsh way.

Actually, both cases are possible.

Some people get upset simply because they do not like you. Others get upset because they are worried about you and want to guide you to a better direction in life. Whatever the case may be, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Change the way you think, how you see others, and how you treat others.

The best way to improve relationships is to first make efforts to change you.

Williams Robins bring end of his life with most accidental death. Why? Robins was not satisfied with his work. He was not truly enjoying his work. His intention was to bring laughter on the faces of people with his art. People could be enjoying his art but he was not able to make it out very clearly. His complete art, accomplishments, qualities are found useless,  which he share with his close intimates.

Earnest Hemingway, most famous novelist, THE OLD MAN AND SEA “won Nobel prize in the year 1954. After that, he bring end to his life with short time. He was not able to celebrate Nobel prize for his accomplishments. Ha thought that his creation level is not up to mark and unable to create happiness and impact in the world through his art. Remember, world have no issues. World is very well appreciating but he felt that he do not deserve to be honour.

Both were feeling Achievement Dimorphism. People around you appreciate your skills, quality, art, attitude, creation and success. But you do not like it .you are not fully satisfy with it. You are felling comforting inside, your internal spirit level is slowly reduce and one fine day, you felt that, you do not deserve to live.

They think that they do not deserve to be honour or respected or appreciated or recognise. They do not have those capacities and capability. Self esteem level is found at almost lower level. There internal feeling level is too low. There mutual understanding is that they do not deserve to be honour and recognise as they are not performing up to mark.

If your accomplishments and achievements could not bring happiness inside you than what else can make you happy .? For achieving very high level success, you do not feel pride and honour but you have terrific inside pain. These could cost you life. SAD BUT TRUE.
