There are many fields were we need extra ordinary person not the number of persons. Suppose, take Tennis game, we have extra ordinary person Roger, but we cannot allow mediocre 15 tennis players at the place of Roger. We need extra ordinary talent, not talent of many persons from a mediocre level.

In my view, mediocracy has no place in the world. They will die as if they have never come to this planet. Nobody will remember them after their death, even in their own organisation or family, people will not remember them with high regards.

One person can do the best and much better if he uses his potential up to the fullest extent. One man majorly makes the difference. Today, the world is of meritocracy not of mediocracy. Caste, colour, creed and gender have no place in the world of merits and performance. Maximising potentiality in the life and setting all new benchmarks for the mankind to follow shall be a strategy of genius while living life.

Every human being has potentiality; only thing is that they do not tap it. That’s why they sum up with mediocracy achievement and accomplishment.

Can we have a resolution today, to live life with performance, not position? Can I take a decision today, to maximise potentiality at the fullest extent. Can I resolve to square up life game with an extra ordinary accomplishment?

I have no objection with mediocre people but I have strong objection against the people who are not tapping their talents and maximising potentiality.
