1. Detoxify your speech. Reduce the use of negative words. Be polite._

27. Spare 60 minutes for your hobby.
28. Keep relationship with 3 close friends, at least.
29. Tangible accomplishment is to require and need for an hour.
30. Be positive, every day, every hour, every time with entry one.
