Biggest bottleneck that people wants to improve habits but they are found fail. Today, one of my friend was sharing with me that i have no unfinished agenda.i am living as last day of life. i live it and that is why i avoid most of the things which people do with some or another cause or wish or idea.
Can you structure your morning habits , i mean opening of day. can you follow it for 21 days effectively. To be very frank , remaining part of day is left on first part.
If you want to become more Luckily, there are simple and easy-to-implement habits that you can do today to increase your productivity for the day, and for the rest of your life.
1/ Wake up latest at sunrise.
2/ work out of 45 minutes it could include meditation.
3/ Select ” ONE THING ”
4/ Most hardest thing do first to make remaining part of day more easy.
5/ Prepare end of day time. close day at any cost as the TO DO LIST is never going to be ended.
6/ Help at least one person to make him happy.
7/ Clean soul and clean pillow are necessary for sound sleep. You also need 7 hours clean sleep. Make sure that you do not eat anything prior 90 minutes of sleep. i repeat, any thing.
