1/ Daily work out: Work out of 40 minutes of any kind is advisable. All research suggest very strongly for work out. It could be aerobic, swimming, running, walking and yoga.
2/ Meditation: Bringing mind, body and soul to gather at one place without fail to get organize for remaining hours of day.
3/ Sleep: Net 7 hours sleep is compulsory. You must go to sleep with clean soul and soft pillow. Sleep is nothing but food to body.
4/ Nutrition: Excellent diet schedule to be preferred and follow for a day without fail. Following nutrition habits is nothing but adding healthy years in the life.
5/ Habits: Habits which disturb living style and damage life are not allowed in the life at all. Any kind of bad habits which spoil of way of life is to be stop immediately.
6/ Daily creed: You must have exemplary daily creed to be follow before you start a day. Daily creed adds lots of unconscious power in you.
7/ Passion: Work for at least net 8 hours for passion. You need to be passionate. If you are not living right now passion than love your work or job first. Gradually, move for paradigm shift. A day will come when you could live with passion. Remember; do not cut your all affairs from today onwards to live passion. Slowly, moderate yourself and follow passion.
