2/ Are you going to the washroom for a bath in time…

3/ Listening music at length.(especially, pending songs)

4/ Reading of books

5/ Recalling or performing gratitude to people for long pending.

6/ Regular prayer at home in the morning and evening

7/ Clearing sleep and waking up without any stress.

8/ Avoid unnecessary meetings and unproductive visits.

9/ WOrking form home and migrated to digital technology.

10/ Spending time for family.

11/ Migrated to passion and interest

12/ slowing doing planning work – dream work.

13/ Re examining life.
