The Kelly Global workforce Index obtained the views of nearly 10,000 people in 34 countries including almost 5,000 Indians.
9 Indians out of 10 believe that their skills, potential and knowledge is going to be outdated within five years. Training provided by their company is not going to meet their future career needs. Training as a function should be given more importance than it is given traditionally. To sustain the employees in the current scenario, across the generational groups should be given training to enhance their current skill levels.
One more survey should take place to know how many organisations have CLO (Chief Learning Officer) in the Company?
