Greek philosopher Socrates said, “To move the world we must first move ourselves.”

Today morning, a legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is moving himself first in New Zealand and shaking the world of cricket. Maria Sharpova is shaking herself today to move the tennis world in the next summer season. A.R. Rahman says, “Oscar is the beginning of my career and Walt Disney has achieved the highest number of Oscars in the history of the world. Obama moved first to move America in the year 2009. Legendary performers move themselves first and shake the world.

These people do not need motivation. Their motivation comes from within. They all are self-driven. So, are you going to drive yourself or just sitting and waiting for someone who can help you to fish. I always say profoundly “Leadership is inside outside.”

If you are waiting for people to come and motivate you, to achieve your goals and put you on the road of success then forget it. Trust me; Life is too short for us. Up to what time people will come and charge you, ignite your innate skills, energize you. If you are planning for better tomorrow, this movement is the last warning and it is awakening alarm for the people who are externally driven and planning to move the world.
