Since the day I started playing cricket I have never seen my side loosing so many matches for such a long time. I think it was a learning experience to the whole team as well as for me.” – The lanky bowler Ishant Sharma said. He also added, “We as a team, completely fired.”

Captain or coach design strategy or handle meeting or dressing room discussion but most important matter is performing on the ground and delivering stuff. Sometimes things happen, which are out of your imagination and plan. Leadership is facing that time and situation while transforming result.

Leadership is not every time winning, leadership is not quitting even after so many failures. Balancing after falling down is leadership .
