Hypocrisy is a quality easily acquired that clouds sentiments of our hearts and the principles we swear upon. It destroys the true identity God has given it to you. It is not only a self-deception but an affront to the creator who bestowed you with enough intelligence to lead a life as a normal human being.
Isn’t a fruit salad delicious precisely because each fruit is maintaining its own flavor? What if the fruits become hypocrites and change their flavor? Would you eat such a salad?
Hypocrisy is like a garment that does not fit. If we are concerned about our comfort we need to wear it according to our size. Or else what use in wearing such a garment? Men often applaud an imitation. But you don’t ignore the real thing.
You have to be original and that is why you are created in the first place. Have you seen or come across an exact copy of yours? No. Then why borrow something not suited to you? Acting contrary to your true self is not what can fetch affections; it is your true self seen by others that decides it.
You are insulted or appreciated; ignored or involved; loved or condemned; honored or dishonored; crowned or crucified. It does not matter as long as you are true to yourself. Tap the reservoir of innate potential in you and you will see life rich and full of joy.
You are never born to be a hypocrite. When originally is lost, your actions falter which is a matter of great concern. It is most disturbing as the world fails to see your true self: you as a crown among the many jewels.
What is the point living a life full of charade when you can stay true to your original self? Let the world say here is a man with originality whose actions benefited us instead of being seen as an incomplete individual. World worships originality and that is how great men are made.
