“ Anybody can become angry , that is easy , but to be angry with the right person , and to the right degree , and at the right time , and for the right purpose , and in the right way- that is not within everyone’s power and is not easy.”

How many time you had lost temperament in last six months for any reason? Why? Do not try to justify .yes or no would be help you in moving towards right direction.
After committing anger how many time you had felt that you have committed mistakes and say sorry for that.. Irrespective of his status without any self center intention. (I have seen people they perform sorry because they have bad intentions inside .If they could not convey sorry than it can harm their future plans.
Bosses shared with me in private sessions that they also do not believe in anger .But they do not have options in the hands. People work that way only. They surrender their leadership to dramatic anger…
Anger is considered as power for some people. They used anger dramatically. They know that with the help of anger they can finish their goals and win over.
Most of the dramatic anger are organizing and push the other one to run over as he has high level self esteem. He run and completes the job which is assign to him. This way, they use anger and govern their work. Now, for them it has become an attiude.They believe that anger creates results. People could be driven with the help of anger.
There could be huge pressure at work place or national crisis. Situations could be most hard and beyond control and may be most of the time; conditions do not allow you to behave calm. But lead with grace under pressure is the essence of leadership. Showing full amount of grace with dignity could make you most charismatic leader.
Anyone could use abusive language and can shout on the people . Anyone can throw any items on the other side or break the glasses in the office Anyone can uplift hands on the other one. But that is not part of leadership. I have seen bosses shouting on very normal person without any serious cause. These all could be done by anyone on the planet.
You are totally lost, found fumble, completely scratched, all emotions are disturb, you find your dreams are broken. Your efforts are found lost. Your status has no effect on other one. You find in Toto disturb. Disturb mind have taken control over you. Do I have a meaning for it? Do this meaning have significant value? Do this existence is able to make some difference..You do not behave but disturb mind behave.
But avoiding such situations, controlling total sentiments, managing word, showing grace under pressure is the attitude of leader who win to win over.
I strongly rejected such attitude. In my eyes, this all are the nonsense practices…. These never work as ever lasting impressions. Research has proved that anger is harmful to health. Anger affect on you aura also. Your spiritual and mental and physical leadership is found nowhere in life.
Leading beyond iconic values are demonstrating more grace under pressure. They absorb stress and all uncomforted level. Lead with smile to delight others.
