Difference between wise and fool

One of my favourite ideas is backed up by William Bolitho. He said, “The most important thing in life is not to capitalise on your gains. Any fool can do it. The really important thing is to profit from our losses. This requires intelligence and makes the difference between a man of sense and a fool.”

The problem with the leaders is that they hardly admit mistakes. Even they know that they have done the mistake but they hardly commit and confess.

Leadership is admitting mistakes and learning thorough mistakes.
