Nine men in history have run 100 meter in less than 10 seconds. Six, of them have been failed in dope out test. Ben Johnson was the first with his 9.79 seconds in the 100 meter sprint at 1988olympics. After a decade we find more players on the same road.
Randall is the third Jamaican to be caught in dope net. Maurice Greene ( 9.79 seconds ), Justin Gatlin ( 9.79 seconds ), Tin Montgomery (9.78 seconds) Nesta Carter ( 9.78 seconds ) Asafa Powel (9.72 seconds ) Tysib Gay (9.69 seconds), Yohan Blake ( 9.69 seconds) and Usai Bolt ( 9.58 seconds).
Above listed players have created mile stone achievement s in the history of sprint of 100 meters at world level. They all have created history in the world of running. Usain Bolt is the fastest runner on the planet as per his last finished.
Now, most of them are facing doping test. 6 are found with positive reports. Albert Einstein asserted “Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.”
I have strong questions for them.
Can values and success go to gather? Why these great sports leaders are fail to demonstrate value centric leadership? Why they settle down less with values in comparison of success? Why they all are at most insulting stage of life after most fabulous accomplishments? Why iconic people commit such mistakes? Why they have not selected to become legendary sports star for upcoming generation?
I never recommended such success in life? Why you need to commit such habits to achieve success? Does such success make an impact in life? Does it make impressions on upcoming generation?
My answer is ‘no’. I believe very much frankly and strongly that it won’t make any value to the world. None should go for such success.
