Great leaders what always do?

Time has come to erase phrases from your vocabulary, ASAP: “Don’t take this wrong but …” This wishy-washy statement shows that you’re not in command or can’t articulate your position


No leader wants their team to fail. But great leaders do come over any kind of failures. They transfer all adversity in to opportunities with positive state of mind. Fighting with all situations, everyday, and coming out with win over status. You need to develop terrific tolerance while facing all adverse and tough situations. But that is what is expected from true leader. Facing from front and bringing out solutions and moving forward till end results is the most expected attitude of leader.


Leader lives in present only. They are always with  100 percentages involvement in what they are doing. They are found completely committed and deeply involved in what they are doing .As they are strong doer , they never engage in to activities what others are doing. Specially, focus is on current affairs / constantly occupy in activities which can shape their tomorrow according to their dreams and vision. They have attitude to finish it fast instead of focusing.


‘Let’s give ourselves a hand for this company. Can you eliminate words’’ from communication. My boys and you guys are also to be avoiding from vocabulary for most effective communication. We all need terrific team spirit in day to day work .We all need to learn rules of great team.


Leader should be ready for situation where things go wrong. When he is always ready for taking credits when things goes right. Performance is the key element in bringing results. Weather direct or indirect. Great leaders should not play blame game and lead from front when things go wrong in company. Tough but truth.


I strongly believe that there is no point in sharing past experiences to the current team . Team most of the time found disappointed. You could have excellent past and you have created all wonders in your past company but that has nothing to do with tomorrow. You have to work with current team and have to face tomorrow. Finding out new ideas and implementing it on today and bringing results is the essence of true leadership.



Real leaders should bring their own perspective and not just parrot tendency, what their boss has already said. Remember, the golden rule of leading is to create your own autograph with excellent results. You need to create excellence by performance. You could not lead company by the words of past leaders and top seniors every time. Have your own ideology and style to lead .Creating results with most impressive manners is the essence of true leadership.


As a leader, you should be encouraging your team to grow and change and guide by example. Do not ask questions when they get fail. True leaders stand with team in all situations and never make any lose statement which can hurt spirit of team. Even team could be found with lower confidence in adverse situation, even though; you stand like rock and motivate them for new results. Coming back is the true spirit in losing situation. Yu must pump confidence and power in the team in really adverse situation.
