PostHeaderIcon Google is the world’s first $100 billion brand

Consultants, Millward Brown found that the company’s value is worth $ 101.4 billion.

Google is rank first globally.

Google’s marketing manager Lorraine TwoHill said, “We know that without consumers you have nothing and there is a great element of trust in us. We think about the consumer first and expect everything else to fall in to place after that. We do not feel big. We still work in little crappy teams and we feel too small.”

The analysts of brands Top 100 most valuable Global Brands by consultant Millward Brown found that the company’s value is above $100 billion.

This is great news in my eyes. Google knows the principle of ‘Humanity and Connectivity.

There is a supreme spiritual law of success. All elements of nature are connected to each other and support the humanity to live better. Nature believes in connectivity like day and night are connected, spring and winter is connected, gravity and earth is connected.

Google is following principle of connectivity and that’s why they deserve supreme level of success. Conscious and unconscious intelligence is taking care of Google. Invisible intelligence is supporting the great organisation for the benefit of humanity. I completely agree with the words of marketing manager Lorraine TwoHill.

Sincere compliments to Google and its complete team.

PostHeaderIcon 2-year old girl with an IQ of 156

Amazing. YES!!!

Elise Tan Roberts with an IQ of 156 is just two years and four months. She has become the youngest member of Mensa, the society strictly for geniuses. It puts her above Carol Vorderman, at 154, and just below Einstein, who was believed to have an IQ about 160.

She pressed her fingers and thumbs together to make a shape. “What is that?” She asked with a cheeky grin. Before anyone can answer, she does it for them: “An equilateral triangle.”

Elise took her first step at eight-and-a-half months and by 10 months she was running. At five months, she said her first word. She could say her name at 11 months and count to 10 by 16 months. At 18 months, she could count up to 20, recite nursery poems and knew the phonetic alphabet.

The super confident tot then recites her phonetic alphabet, most perfectly, before counting to 10 in Spanish. You are reading amazing facts for the life by the exemplary leadership of Elise. You can also perform like her. The difference between you and Elise is nothing except one. Elise has tapped her competency and talent but you have not yet tapped your talent.

You can also create a difference. WOW!!!

PostHeaderIcon IPL showing management lessons

IPL (Indian Premier League) is showing all hues of success in South Africa. All global cricketers are playing at their level best. They are also showing global relationship, which is more important rather than playing for a country and winning.

Cricketers are demonstrating management lessons.

Yesterday, Yusuf Pathan has shown an attitude of meeting challenges. When he came on ‘Crease’, it seemed almost the battle was lost. His team was really in bad shape and condition. Oppositions were very strong. Yusuf developed his mental spirit and increased his self confidence. He tried to use his core competency at the fullest extend. His Excellency is in hitting the ball without seeing who is bowling. He smashed 62 runs in 30 balls at the international level. Really superb and appreciable. Totally changed the result. Loser became the winner and the winner became loser. Dramatic success. WOW!!!

Yes it’s possible.

Yusuf was focusing on what he can do, how he can do, irrespective of who is on the opponent side. This is the great lesson. Most of the time, people around you or circumstances around you drive you. Situation governs you and conditions control you. Instead of that Yusuf had controlled the condition and transferred the result.

Never become situation driven. Control your condition otherwise condition will control you.

Develop self-esteem and relay on your talent and skill. This will build up confidence in you, which will lead you towards impeccable success.

PostHeaderIcon YES! YOU NEED PERSONAL CREED

Read personal creed of former coach John Wooden of UCLA’s basketball team.

Here is what he says:

1. Be true to yourself.

2. Help others.

3. Make each day your master piece.

4. Drink deeply from good books, especially the Bible.

5. Make friendship with fine art.

6. Build shelter against rainy days.

7. Pray for guidance and give thanks for your blessings everyday.

He always carries copy of creed in his pocket. In fact, he knew it word by word although he has decided to carry creed along with him. When he was graduated from grade school at 12 years, his father gave him seven points for personal creed. From that time, from that day, Wooden has carried that creed with him for life time.

Can I have my 7 points creed? Can I have attitude to carry it for life time? Can I follow creed for life time? Can I gift master creed to my children?

One should carry such powerful creed in the pocket and craft all the words of creed on the heart to live with such a voice.

PostHeaderIcon We must walk on talk

“People imbibe what they see and learn from senior people or people around them,” said N. R. Narayanamurthy, Chief Mentor of Infosys, recently at the time of releasing his book “A better India, A better world.”

Narayanamurthy is sharing his life experience. If I say to my staff members, “I will come at 10 a.m. but you must be here at 8 a.m.” This is not fair. These way things won’t work. While I was working, I used to come at 6 a.m. the reason is that secretaries wake up their children, give them breakfast, take them to school or bus stops, and then take a bus and are here by 7.45a.m. If they can be here then my appreciation for them has to be shown by my being here at 6 a.m. The only way to inculcate any value in younger generation is only if we walk the talk.
