Patience and politeness are the inner strengths; not the weaknesses.

Mohandas Gandhi of India has shown both the qualities. He has tremendous patience within and led himself with humbleness. He had never lost it in QUIT INDIA movement and during the long struggle of his life of 40 years. 40 years is never a small time.

Patience in my eyes are; “Silent fire inside”

Leaders never reveal out but you can find it in their actions and determination. It never make them arrogant and hostile.

Every day you have to meet big challenges. You have to leave your all past records behind and focus on the toughest assignment. You have to give more than 100 percent now because someone in another team of organisation has decided to give 100 percent. How will you be able to defeat him to achieve success and set goals with 100 percent? You have to be at your best to create positive results and high impact in the team.

You will be under pressure and stress but that will strengthen you. You will be able to meet challenges under such pressure and hopefully, achieve everlasting success.

Remember: Performance in tough times and balancing state of mind is a quality of a leader.

34 years old Michael Vaughan decided to retire from all forms of cricket. It was under his able leadership that England had won the Ashe’s in the year 2005 after a long phase of 18 years.

His successor Andrew Strauss said, “I learned a great deal from watching him by the captain side for five years at a close hand and his ability to identify a new strategy for outwitting the opposition or bring the best out of his all players was a priceless asset.”

Leadership is creating your presence in your absence. He is loved and honoured by his team-mates and successor. Vaughan is able to create such impression and during his leadership he had brought back Ashe’s to England, after 18 years. Not a small achievement, especially, when Australia was at the number one position.
