PostHeaderIcon BUILDING NEW RECORDS

Michel Phelps has broken his own world record in butterfly swimming competition in Rome. He had honoured one more world record on his name. Early, he had cleared 200 meters in 1.51 seconds, this time he had cleared 200 meters in 1.50 seconds in normal swimming suits. Now a day, Polymer suits are available, which help swimmers to move freely and help them in building speed.

Phelps is holding world record in the same category from the last 8 years. He had made up his mind and decided to break his own world records.

The Jamaican Usain Bolt shattered the world record again on sunday night ,running 100 meters in 9.58 secondsat the world championship .He showed how a man really can go on two feet.

He broke his own reocrd of last oleympics at Beiging. He had created the history in the Berlin world championship.I beleive it was  a latest and unforgetable race of all times.

He had created record in the Newyork on the 31st MAY,2008 by running in the only 9.72 seconds and in Beijing he ahd finishe d100 meters in only 9.69 seconds.

He had demonstrated that you can spend moments of life in creating new world records and break your own world records.

Leadership is breaking your own records and setting new benchmark.

PostHeaderIcon NO POINT OF SLOW DOWN AT THE AGE OF 50 YEARS

Film star Sanjay Dutt is entering in full circle of 50 years and has no intention of slowing down. There are times when I do not feel my age at all. But, there are also times when I feel like I have lived and seen more than just 50 years. But, at heart, I am still young.

He shares about his life, “It’s been a long and tiring journey, but I have no complaints. I have lost and found many amazing people along the way. Each brought their own joy and pain. But teach experience taught me the most valuable lessons of the life. Not in my wildest dreams I could ever imagine life would be turn around to be the way it has. But then that’s what life is all about…unpredictable and enough twists on its own.”

Sanjay is on the right path and focusing on tomorrow. At no point of life, we all have to turn back and feel regrets. Past is like a return cheque which we cannot encash any time. We should accelerate the speed and marching ahead towards right direction to reach the place where we have not reached before.

PostHeaderIcon FOLLOW RULE OF CONNECTIVITY NOT COMPARISION

Yahoo and Microsoft have agreed to an online search and advertising partnership, in an attempt to stand against the web search engine Google. The deal would be announced soon within the next 24 hours. Under the term of the deal, Microsoft, which made a failed takeover bid of $47.5 billion for Yahoo last year, would access to the volume of search queries that run through Yahoo’s search engine. Yahoo has agreed to use Microsoft’s new Bing search engine on its own sites. Also, Yahoo will handle the advertising sales, using Microsoft technology. Yahoo Chief Executive Carol Bartz said, “I think Bing is actually a good product and Microsoft deserves kudos for Bing.”

The deal would give Bing a boost in competing with Google’s search engine. Google’s search engine dominates the marketplace with 65 percent of the U.S. Internet searches, according to the figures provided by research firm ComScore. It is followed by Yahoo with 19.6 percent and Microsoft with 8.4 percent.

Here, the principle of connectivity is used. Complete universe is using the RULE OF CONNECTIVITY. We all should follow principle of connectivity, followed by Yahoo and Microsoft.

Former England opener Geoffrey Boycott believes he was technically superior to Sunil Gavaskar.

As our records show Sunil scored more runs, more matches and more centuries than me, but in terms of techniques, I considered myself far superior than Sunil Gavaskar.

He is doing comparison in the life. Comparisons at any stage in life are never allowed. We cannot go for comparison of life, work, work place, wife and friends. Comparisons are not found in nature. Nature believes in individuality. Individual identity, no comparisons. Mountains never compare with rivers and seas never compare with earth or clouds. On the contrary, rule of connectivity is applied. All the elements of nature believe in connectivity and follow cooperation instead of comparisons.

Children at home cannot compare, colleagues at work place cannot be compared, and friends cannot be compared. Every object has its own identity and value and its stand for it. Once, you compare, you start inviting unnecessary issues and blames. Even if you compare, it won’t make any difference to nature and its components. That’s the beauty of nature. Humans have to learn.

PostHeaderIcon WORK CULTURE IN LOS ANGLES

One of the main stream of Bollywood Anilkapoor said,” last week I was travelling three continents, from LA to Durban and Mumbai. I love my work passionately .Saturday and Sunday I was in LA. I get restless. Saturday and Sunday everything shuts down. I just learned what a week end is. I had worked 24/7.There its bad manners to call someone on weekend. “

I do agree with actor Anil Kapoor, passion drives you and you follow time management mathematics of 24*7*365. You never dream of weekend. You do not want to rest as you are not tired. Work created unparallel satisfaction and joy, so you do not need weekends. Every day, you are jumping from one priority to another  priority, so no matter of rest and going off.

Passion can change life and time.
