The calendar never lies. Our personality should match with calendar. Our priority, Our commitment, Our communication and Our behavior should match with calendar.
Once, it is declare and published .That’s all. No change is incorporated in the calendar as it is pure, perfect, truth, clarity and reality. These all qualities are to be incorporated in the leader. Most important quality of calendar is never lies.
Commitment to decisions is the essence of leadership. Vincent Lombardi said “The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.”
We have to follow our commitments one by one . We cannot change our commitments as the situation, condition and priority changes.  Lot of time situations comes when we want to give up but because of calendar we go for it as the calendar never lies.
Leader never lies to themselves.

Leaders are live all the time till the last breath.

British couple – age 97 and 87 years got married at their home in London. Both have combined age of 184 years. It is never too late to live with true love. Henry felt in to love while reading poetry in the poetry circle with Valerie in South Africa. Henry had proposed to Valerie over a cup of tea.

Living is important and living with passion and true love is more important.
They live with passion and emotions. Physical age and mental age never affect activities of their life. They are never influence by age.

You do swimming, exercise, dancing, singing, reading, writing, playing, creatinging and anything you would love to do, do it but do it. Doer is always towards hilarious success. Leader never waste life in status-qo when it could be turned into momentum.

You’ve got a lot of choices.  If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you’re not smiling on a regular basis, you are dead. Your each step should make you happy. Don’t wait for the last step; it’s happened every day or anyone to make you happy or live.

Every day is a great day, see everything; over look a great deal in a day. When you review a day there is a little correct to do.

Lao Tsu said, “What the caterpillar calls the end, the rest of the world calls a butterfly”.
How you can know that you are proactive? Have you been fired by your boss for taking initiative? Do your peers have laughed on you for becoming initiator in the organization? Do you have tears in the eyes? Are you fired for mistake in the company?
All of us are passing from same tunnel.
Proactiveness is a heart of success and accomplishment. None of us is perfect. We all have to focus on the strength. Great things can be accomplished by strength and unstoppable efforts. Remember, every end Is a new beginning. In my views, Proactiveness is a great source of success. Just love proactiveness. Today is a world of results. Everyone wants to go with the people “who makes things happened”. Be a result oriented leader.
Remember, someone will come and create result is an illusion. One has to walk on the path of success and history is a witness. So love proactiveness. Of course, proactive people produces success.
If leaders want to create results they have to take things in to hands .They has to jump in to wale of efforts.
Work with proactiveness, of course, it gives pain or failure or mistakes (who is complete in the world) but leaders love to go with initiativeness. To me it is a very important tool of compass of success. Using tools is everything for life….success. It is a great source behind success. Success of getting things done is lie in the getting started.
Louis L’Amour said, “There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning”.
You cannot see success without proactiveness. History is a witness of proactiveness. From Jesus to Mandela, who were not proactive. “What we call the beginning is often the end. And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from.” Very well asserted by T. S. Eliot.

Leaders never think others are responsible for their situation assign the blame to various conditions, organization, society or people. Sometime people blame “ system”. By playing game of blame what people want to prove?

We see,
We feel,
We experience,
We achieve,
We lose,
We gain,
We create
And
We destroy.
Let us take a life in our hands. What happened? Now no one can blame for our accomplishment and failure.
Leaders never prefer to go to excuses. Never make other responsible for their failure. Leaders do prefer more blame and less credit. “A man can fail many times, but he isn’t a failure until he begins to blame somebody else.” Asserted by John Burroughs. If I have to prefer between blame people or share credit. I would love to select share credit.
But I prefer to go to what am I and what have i? In fact, it is a place to start from where are you to where you want to go, with what you have.
When we blame, we show our incapacity and capability to bring results. Leadership is never to blame anyone for your situation and position. We should fix the problem, not the blame. We must have guts inside to accept the failures or mistakes which we made.
When a patient dies in the hospital, we ask what happened. How does he die? We never asked who the doctor was. Why in company we asked, who is responsible? He can be messenger, service staff, junior executive, or anyone. Even in company blame is a politics than politics to be redefined.

Wayne Dyer direct us by “All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you.”

HONESTY IS THE ONLY POLICY:

Honesty cannot be compared with any other values. Honesty is beyond any legacy of the world.

Honesty is made us credible in day. Leaders live in the days not nights. Leader of new age always believe in honesty. Leaders hardly remember what they have said last time as they speak truth only. This is the price we get in to return by becoming honest.
Practicing honesty will return pain. Even you may be doubt for only truth. People are used to look to you with doubts even though you are honest and that paralyze you. But leaders never deviate from their values and qualities on the path of life.
Every leader has his quality, so honesty is his quality. Honesty with our own self is a way of living. Inside honesty shape us extremely well outside. We start demonstrating exemplary leadership to the world. Honesty can certainly help world in demolishing crisis of behavioural role model of the world.
Honesty always pays but not in kind. Honest people have clean pillow and seven hours deep sleep. Do not you think uninterrupted sleep of seven hours is an essential part of life? I cannot read book of life without chapter of honesty.
NO LEGACY IS SO RICH AS HONESTY
