TEAM GAME- TEAM GAIN
Teams who focus their world cup strategy on big names are thing of the past. But the entire so called big player in the soccer world like Wayne Ronny (England). Christina Renaldo (Portugal). Lionel Messi (Argentina) and Kaka (Brazil) are no longer part of the world cup of soccer, July, 2010. Relying on one player and planning to win over is an out dated strategy in the management world .Other side, Team of Netherland, Germany and Spain are doing very well, instead of focusing on one player.
In fact, it is always very difficult for team to focus on only one player. It is more obvious that team do greats than an individual.
Team is a proven formula. Team can create miracles. Of course, everyone in a team cannot say he is a champion but everyone can say, he is a part of champion team.
