JITS  formula is a very effective formula for smart professionals. Meaning there by is JUST IN TIME WITH SMILE.

JITS is demonstrated by Mother/wife in home,, round the year by serving family memebrs in time. Milk man serve is clients round the year in time. News paper distribution man distribute the news paper in time without fail.( Few people i find in asia never starts their day without reading news paper).Dabbawala service in mumbai has demonstratd this formula very effectively.(Even six sigma organisation went to them and offer sig sigma after knowing complete error less system.)

None of them ( Mother/milkman/news paper man/ Dabbbawala ) is MBA from world class management school or never participated in MDP.But they are knowing the truth of business.

Reaching in time with smilein any circumstances  is the most effective tool of your personal compass.
