REACH TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU SHOULD REACH
Today morning , i priortise IMPORTANT items of my life- time goals.I eliminate all unproductive activities of my daily life. I starts thinking over it ,mutually.
I was found busy in my life but at a same time, i was not productive.
Why am i wasting time for fun full and entertaining actvities? I find my self busy with unproductive activities. In short,I am not able to reach to the place where i should reach.
Leadership is about REACHING TO THE PLACE WHERE I HAVE NEVER REACHED BEFORE.
I eliminate few items from the score card of life and pass resolutions with conviction.
Take small decisions to IMPROVE quality of life ,right now. Small decisions are possible and believable ,therefore achievable.
Have a most productive and meaning life……
Mother is an Example of Six Sigma Leadership
Mother is an example of leader-manager at home. She serves breakfast, lunch and dinner just in time, with a smile, prior to anybody asking her to serve. She strictly follows Time Management mathematics of 24*7*365 at the rate of 100 percent success. Customer satisfaction ratio is 100%. For all these ordeals, she neither takes salary, incentive, promotion nor any medals. Indirectly, she is proving that internal motivation is everything. She constantly serves for 40 to 50 years at home, non-stop without a single expectation. In most of the cases, family is unable to recognise the quality of high value leadership in her.
She is an excellent logistic and chain supply manager. How she manages logistics in bad times and in economical crisis is really appreciable. She serves the food without blaming any market position or situation. She is managing her logistics in limited budget almost in every home you can find this.
She is an excellent negotiator when she goes for shopping for home appliances or daily consuming food products. She knows how to deal with retailer and she manages her logistics with very economical prices. Every morning, she asks, “What should be a menu for the day?” You suggest some items to be prepared but she is so good in managing her resources but she finally conveniences you as per her logistics and you also agree with her and reply, “Ok, you prepare what you like.”
She is performing mentoring leadership. Her EQ (Emotional Quotient) driven leadership almost appeals all the team members. She, most of the times, demonstrates leadership of care & share, forget & forgive, trust, sacrifice and win, living for other team members, lead with love, emotional bondage are found very profoundly in her leadership.
Bondage with the family is found at the very high level. In fact, she had married and came to a new house. Now she takes this new house and new people as her own people and develops bondage and starts performing round the clock. In corporate houses, we try to create bondage and ownership in the team but we hardly find such cases which demonstrate high level of leadership. Here, she is demonstrating without HR training.
Her budgetary control and inventory control achieved with par excellence level although she is never a student of finance and management.
I find, mother is an exemplary leadership at home and I would like award her the title of home-leader–manager although she had never gone to the school of management.
INNER BALANCE - Monday Wisdom
Holistic health is fostered through Physical, Mental and Spiritual balance. What is leaders’ top priority?
‘Clean oxygen in lungs.’
Aim to balance mind, body and emotions with spirit. Life is a blessing of God to live. So, unwind and forget about the troubles of the day and week, and enjoy every gentle nurturing. Inner engineering brings you happiness to leave aside all the tensions at the door. Experience the balance inside yourself by suggestive therapy.
Asanaa (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, relaxation, positive thoughts and actions are the essentials which make your attitude. Healthy diet is a secret of real inner engineering.
Using these yoga techniques for balancing yourself can help you improve or maintain your health, and prevent illness or diseases.
“Integration and harmony between thought, words and deed, or integration between head, heart and hands is essential to lead a great life,” it is promptly said in the ‘Rule of yam’ in Patanjli (the most powerful book on inner engineering).
“He’s the best physician who knows the worthlessness of most medicines,” said Benjamin Franklin.
I firmly agree with his statement.

Died at 30 – Buried at 60 - Monday Wisdom
Don’t allow this consequence happen to you. Live your life to the fullest when you are alive; don’t be dead before you actually die.
Author Roberts J. Kriegel and Louis Patler took a survey of 1,500 people for over twenty years, which showed how passion makes significant difference in a person’s career. In the survey, people were divided into two groups. Group A and Group B. Group A took 83 percent of the sample, who were embarking on a career chosen for the prospects of making money not in order to do what they wanted. Group B; the other 17 percent of the sample, had chosen their career path for the reverse reason, they were going to pursue what they wanted to do and did not worried about the money. The data showed some startling revelations. At the end of 20 years, 101 out of 1,500 had become millionaires. Of all these millionaires, 100 out of 101 were from Group B, the group that had chosen to pursue what they loved.
“Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside of us while we live.” Norman Cousins powerful statement, forced us to agree totally.

FIRE FIGHTER VERSUS FIRE LIGHTER
There are two kinds of people in life. ‘Fire lighters’ are those who will help you at any cost in your life to keep fire on in your belly. ‘Fire fighters’ are those who will most of the time throw water on the fire of your passion, dream or on fire inside you.
You must be having phrases like:
“You cannot do it.”
“It is never possible, one of my so and so has tried…..”
“You can but you know…..”
“It has never worked”
“Check your size and then check dream of your life.”
“You must know your size.”
“First take permission of your parents or boss.”
“We never do it in family or company or around here.”
“Current time is not good, be practical.”
“We do not do it…..”
