PostHeaderIcon LEADERSHIP IS FROM “WHAT WE ARE” TO “WHAT WE MAY BE”

Change is only going to remain constant.

BlackBerry is replacing internet technology at workplace. Latest laptop with Wi-Fi connection is becoming gradually outdated because of BlackBerry. We cannot adopt the way of living that was satisfactory a hundred years ago. The world in which we live has changed, and we must change with it.

Universe is full of transformation. Human body also undergoes transformation. As per the research, human body undergoes certain changes in every ten years. Nature is a mutable cloud that is always and never the same.

Life is never statuesque it is always in progress. The world is always in progress. Those that do not move will be proved outdated once. Carbon paper, Duplicating MACHINE, Pager, VCD- VCR and black and white T.V. are completely outdated, as they have not changed.

Change starts when someone is observing the next step or thinking for a new world or moving forward. When you get aware with the change, you start following change and you totally change. Leaders are change agent. Real leaders demonstrate what they want to see. “BE the CHANGE, you want to see” is the formula used by leaders. Only I can do one thing for myself is to change myself, no one can do it for me.

Change alone is eternal, perpetual and immortal.

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek,” asserted very well by Barak Obama. He had proved change in the life and we all have witness that change.

Henry David Thoreau says, “So long as a person is capable of self-renewal they are a living being.” Life is a process and continuous movement. Every moment is a new moment and unpredictable. Leader loves to travel into a new world that is full of surprises and innovations. When, you keep moving forward, one day will come, when you will reach to a new place, which is much better than earlier one. If you are in the right direction and with speed, you can surpass all past records of that field.

I think change is inevitable without any exceptions. Leaders love innovations, move out-of-box, and say “YES” to new technology and reformation.

Change goes with “THREE A” formula. Adaptable, Acceptable and Applicable. Change comes through this “THREE A” process. There is nothing wrong with the change if it follows “THREE A” formula.

“Most of the change we think we see in life is due to truths being in and out of favor,” said Robert Frost.
