You require constant efforts to re-define who you are and what you are capable of doing. You cannot label yourself by creating certain limits.

Never add tags to yourself as such:

“I am very poor with time management.”

“I lose my anger repeatedly.”

“I am a lazy person.”

“I think it is beyond my capacity.”

“I cannot start early morning.”

“I always need smoke.”

In fact, instead of the above tags, you need such labels that can enhance yourself. Why do you want to limit yourself with such labels? What is stopping you in developing powerful and positive ideas for yourself? Negative anchoring will limit your growth and personality. In fact, Growth is a way of life.

I firmly believe that if you develop very powerful positive affirmations for yourself gradually it will become a part of your life.

By your negative labels, are you creating yourself or limiting yourself?

You need labels as follows….

“I will grow by 200 percent this year.”

“I will get my medical report normal.”(Normal inner balance)

“I will live a well-balanced life.”

Such inspiring affirmations will enhance yourself and your personality. May be it’s time to update your own affirmations. Are you choosing it consciously? Is it that some picture you have developed for yourself?

Please define yourself very uniquely. You are solely responsible for whatever you are today. What you want to become is to be described by your labels. You need to empower yourself to describe yourself positively.
