Today, India is passing from developmental crisis. GDP is slow down to 4.4 % in current month. Even after huge efforts,  political leadership is fail to built up confidence level in the people .They are taking extra ordinary steps but fail to bring results which are  planned.

While, taking my regular morning walk at 6-00 a.m., I was thinking what is the way out? What could be style of leader in such crisis? What could be his state of mind? Should he reveal out factual of nation in the front of people? Even after revealing out, what is the solution? Does it give solutions? Do it affect on the emotions and spirit of the people?

What leaders do in such typical situation? (India have an excellent economist and he is fail to govern growth. Most typical paradox)

I strongly believe that concrete steps, only actions, actions with silence can help anyone to come out. Today we need speed and continuous moving. It does not matter, how much time it takes. But one should go forward in to direction with speed is the demand of time and need of an hour.

Leaders never allow situations to control them. They take the control over situations and win over. Passing time and discussing issues are never a way of leadership.
