Redefining leadership is need of hour. I believe in 21st century world have to learn, re learn, de learn and un learn. As per my research and experiences in workshops with professionals, I would like to write down my new book “LEADERSHIP : THE JOURNEY TO HIGHER LEVEL “ in 2 parts. Part-1 is comprises of following points. Readers can avail free post every day on this blog. Part- 2 will follow as soon as I complete part-1.
• Crisis of role model
• Live in present
• Age is only a number not more than that
• Ego less is the biggest weapon
• Develop positive blood group
• Any moment any one can come back
• Emotions versus results
• Calendar never speaks lie
• Every day is created to run and run and run.
• SHIFT, ALTER, DEL is the science of new generation
• Everything is tomorrow
• Failure free life Is an illusion
• Discipline is the way to move forward
• Change yourself , do not change world
• Once decisions and impact in life.
Part-2 will be of 15 articles. Part -2 is focusing on belief level and mind set level. Change could only take place; if one opens his mind and change believe level. The only permanent thing in the world is change. One have to learn to change his mind set. I have couple of examples of mind set which all were proved wrong after few years.
