LEADERSHIP:  WHERE DO YOU STAND AND HOW DO YOU STAND:

“Where you sit and stand and start is also important.” The reality is that where you sit influences where you stand, but where you stand has a direct connectivity with where you sit. Sometimes people are over connected. Over connectivity create big size upset on the walk of life.

Can I stand without title even with pride and spirit ?  Can I lead to serve ? Can I move towards greatness from good level?

Where does I stand and sit have a terrific stuff in my eyes.

Let me, share my experiences with you. I come across organizations and institutions where I find lost talent because they stand with wrong people and wrong queue. Because they are largely influence by them. Finally, there thinking or principles or standards have no value. They are simply influence by those people who stands before them.

There is nothing wrong in following very high potential leader but make sure that you did not lose your own identity or integrity or spirit. What is the point in winning by losing spirit or identity?

One should take decisions in the matter which can help him in moving forward but never at the cost of integrity or identity.

Simple, rule is one have to take decisions in the life to move forward. He has to watch where does he stand and seat. This can help him in achieving excellence.
