There is only one time and place where you can be and have any control over your mind. Do not dwell in to future without any pre- plan intention.
We are train to think negatively. We are brought up by parents with more than 58,000 negative strokes till the age of 6 years.
SO, we all are found in worries, stress, jealous, confuse and dull.
Most of the time, people are found confuse.
If you spend a lot of your everyday moments and time in the future or the past or you have difficulty focusing and you feel this may have a negative effect on your life then maybe you want to learn to live more in the present moment.
Here’s what works for me to do that. Just a few simple things that I use in my normal day.
1/ connect with here and now.
2/ Live in present only.
3/ Do only one thing
4/ Try to create the best at a time.
5/ Focus only up to 60 minute.( after that take break of 5 to 7 minutes)
6/ Be productive ( avoid busy or occupy)
7/ Minimize your ideas in head and flow out only 1 at a time
