Motivation is you get started and habits what keeps you going forward.
Can you develop few habits in you for people around you…? Always saying thank you for even small gift and help. Can you appreciate people without any profit objective and you are true to your expressions? Can you do work out passionately regularly in all the four seasons? Can you slip early and wake up early? Can you have most balance food practices?
Could you stopping discussing people and analysing events? Can you listen people without any interruptions? Could you start doing those things which you dislike but leaders do?
Research has shown that it takes 21 days of conscious effort to make or break a habit. That means, if one practices something consistently for 21 days, on the 22nd day it does become a habit. You can see change in attitude. As per the Indian wisdom, human have 7 chakras 9 circle ) are in body and three dimension it becomes 21. Rule of time and space is active in infinite intelligence. That is why, it takes 21 days.
Behavioural change, which is called transformation.
Learning is directly connected with the change in behaviour. Visible behavioural changes are acceptable and therefore it is believable. Sometimes, you can have changed a emotional level which could not be evaluate in tangible manner but you can realise.
I strongly believe that habits can make excellent influence in the life or people around you. Power of influence is in built and makes life time impact.
Habit is a most powerful component for making life meaningful. Education certainly built up people in the life but habits form life more priceless and meaningful. Kindly, move your sight in your circle and find out few people who had left excellent impression on you because of good habits. Also list out, people who are excellent by potentiality but you dislike them because of bad habits.
You are able to collect few good names … why those names have long lasting impression on you … one of the major reason is good habits.
The biggest invention of 21st century is that human being can alter his behaviour … my sincere good wishes to you to make 5 most productive habits in life.Have fruitful transformation
