Kumar Sangakara, Sri Lankan cricketer, says, “We have no margin for failure.”

We have to warn ourselves against complacency. We have to keep ourselves in disciplines and avoid making mistakes. We commit mistakes (Consciously or unconsciously). Sometimes sour performance is disappointing.

We cannot effort to lose in a situation where we can win. We should make a habit of winning. Winning in my eyes is raising your own standards against the challenges we are going to meet in sometime of tomorrow.

LEADERSHIP IS NEVER KEEPING ROOM FOR FAILURE
