Talent identification: a challenge for a leader

Talent identification is the process of recognizing current players that have the potential to excel within football (Vaeyens, Lenoir, Williams, & Philippines, 2008), while talent selection is the acceptance of individuals into representative teams and development programmed.

I see challenges at all levels.

Highly influential coaches

Starting level of employee

Most senior level of TEAM.

Belief of talent

I do agree with the talent level and they perform without any extra effort.

The biggest challenge is a hidden challenge. Finding out in the talent and encashing in favour of the company. I strongly suggest you to invest more time in finding out the real talent. Of course, it is hard and time-consuming but it has more value.
