Last night, Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau rekindled their bromance with a dinner date in Montreal. The former US President and current Prime Minister of Canada talked inspiring young leaders while enjoying a meal at the Liverpool House in the Canadian city’s St-Henri neighborhood. Both men shared photos from their meet-up on Twitter. (Because does a date with bae even count you didn’t post a pic on social media?)
Justin Trudeau discussed their shared commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.
Check out those rolled-up sleeves, the looks of endearment and all of that extra room in the booth (which we would gladly fill up). Naturally, the photographs speak it self lots.
Management lessons I am able to narrate as follows :
1/ Leaders are living with open mind.
2/ Leader do live casually when and where require for next generation of leadership.
3/ Not always protocol conscious.
4/ One need time and space to live life.
5/ Folded sleeves speaks lot.
6/ Meeting was schedule at 10-00 p.m. ( That means late night working is possible , as files are there )
7/ Serious business could take place in most casual way.
8/ Life is full of rooms.
9/ One must work for his dreams.
10/ Leaders do speak lot even when they do not speak
