Think tank and happiness foundation, USA have declared that the right age of happiness is 16 and 60. They have also suggested 3 major factors of happiness.
2/ Annual income
3/ location of staying.
Above factors are mainly connected with happiness.
Level of happiness is reducing between the age of 25 to 50 years. It is happening slowly but do happened. At a same , happiness is added more after the age of 70. Day to day life, stress free life and self-esteem and respect are the major causes of happiness.
What is the best age of happiness.?
They had found person is extremely happy at this age. Slowly, person enter in to responsibility and career mode.
I would love to add the following factors.
1/ fitness and sound health.
2/ Family spirit and neighbors.
3/ Financial security and regular income.
High profile living, media publicity , awards and records and recognition , glamour and sex , lime light and [public life do not help in living happily. In fact, it has no concern with happiness of life. Hard core living is connected with above 3 factors. I also notice that SEX life is important factor in happy life . But I do not consider it in main 3 factors.
People are looking forward for fast internet, excellent mobile network, clean water, nutrition food, and sound sleep. These factors are also affecting factor in day to day life.
In my eyes, relationship, neighbors and friends have a vital role in life. Well-wishers and emotionally connected people are the root cause of happiness.
Looking to a couple of cases in my life, I come to the conclusion that above 3 are major reasons. Life is given only once. Age 16 is almost passed and 70 shall be reached, that, we all do not know. So, it is up to all of us, to become happy.
Happiness is a state of mind and one has to live life in that state.
I would love to pen down here a few tips for a happy life.
no TV or technology at mealtimes has paid off.
No phone at the time of prayer and washroom.
No phones with friends and relatives.
Extremely health consciousness by following few practices like 7 hours of sleep, nutrition practices and regularity in medicines.
No mobile while driving.
Even, if you live 1 minute with anger, you lose 60 seconds of happiness. What a way and reality.
