How team stand with leader when he has blind trust?

How team perform in difficult time.
How they handle risk?
How is the emotional level of man?
Who is accountable in the team?
Do you know the emotions of last man in the case of failure?
Teams will find it difficult to pull and laugh at the each other.

Do people know the vision of leader?
What happened when vision is not communicated?
How people behave at the time of task performance?
Deadlines- communication – pressure……
Transforming vision is the core and fundamental need of leader.
