The term customer service is to be re-learnt today. Now a day it is not only connected with after sales service. But, customer service, like product quality, has become a basic, expected deliverable. Without it, you fail. With it, you are only at parity. Customer service is nothing more than basic business hygiene—the “running blood in veins” for running a company.

Are you planning to differentiate your company through excellent customer service?

You are right in my eyes. You are my favourite company.

Again, it is going to cost you. YES!!!!

But, you will win over competitors and customers. Remember, today is an era of customer success. I mean where customer sends a customer. You might have examples of companies who are serving worst to their customers but why do you want to take an example of worst.

Nokia has to fight with its own products. Customer is deciding whether they have to buy E-63 OR E -71. One product of the same company is in competition with the other product of the same company.

We should try to reach to the place where none have reached before.

We are in Customer Success era. Service is the only way to built up a relationship with customer and company can stand in competition with pride to win over.
