A five hour workday can boost the productivity of a company in great ways! Want to know why? Will you pleas help me in this exercise?

4 hours ?

5 hours ?

6 hours ?

8 hours ?

10 hours ?

What are the quality hours of a day ? Do you believe that more hours boost a company’s productivity ? Could you improve standards to quality?

What boss need ? More hours or more qualitative output.

in some part of the world, SUNDAY working and half day Saturday working without salary is consider as loyality to a company. One of the company which i come across under mentoring and coaching , boss never allow employees to seat after 6-00 p.m. in office. If someone find than Rs. 1000 per hour were cut from boss salaries for using infrastructure and power of company. Most important was that an employee shall be in RECREATION CLUB or GYM.

Why he is on desk?

Not only this, sometimes chief of company make a round and see that no light is ON and all team players are at GYM or RECREATION CLUB .

My humble question is seating for long hours, Holiday working and always find busy is true way of working in a company.

My blunt answer is NO.

I suggest very strongly most productive people. Who are jumping from one priority to another during working hours. They are not found BUSY.

There is huge difference between BUSY AND PRODUCTIVE TIME?

You must check your time circle. Weather it is morning or afternoon or evening or late night. What circle is the best time zone for you.? Never waste it and make it productive and use it at fullest level.

My circle is MORNING .
