One thing at a time.

Yes !

No multi tasking.

you stay on track And to not get lost in multitasking.

But I have found it to be helpful beyond that.

To find clarity in what you need to do and keep your attention
sharply focused.

And you’ll stop wasting much of your limited time and energy on most unusual activities. Remember, focus on on task will help you to for 100 percentage. Your energy, your strength and your competency will focus on one task and that could be over with fastest speed.

you start saving time…

able to do more task…

produce more results…

Be like a post stamp …. stick to one thing and remain there till end results.

You can focus on things which matter most…

Finally, you avoid lots of unproductive and unnecessary items which are really disturbing you in producing results. You slowly make over great results.

most of the time life is wasted in small matters with high value…..

At least you are able to save it.
