One of the best decisions I have ever made was to get into better shape.
You see, back in 2009 I was living most imbalance life. I had little energy and I felt tired and
unfocused lot of the time.
As that year started I said to myself: I have had enough. Something simply had to change. And it was awesome. Not just because I looked better and younger. My mental and[physical age is going equally well.
I discovered that it also became a lot easier to keep the positive attitude up. And
my energy at least doubled over that time.
My personal experience is that most of the time people do not take decisions.They are inspire, charge, motivated and show willingness to change but final result is not improve.
Weather they have initiated with high speed and later on could not maintain that speed of change?
Weather they have an attitude to lose half way.?
Weather they are poor in execution.?
Weather it seems that they are actually not intensive to decisions.?
Go small at first.
Don’t go all in at once. It easily leads to becoming overwhelmed, tired or quickly
losing motivation.small changes are possible and therefore it is adoptable and acceptable.
Go smaller instead.
Balance is everything.
You need to balance all roles and responsibility of life. I have seen few cases where in few circles they are excellent and in some areas they are found worst. For instance, financially very strong and fitness wise worst. Everyday, he need to go for 10 tablets.His daughter is not doing well. Wife is always complaining, and family is shouting on each other…
Find something you like or love doing Find out activities that help me to stay in shape. Instead, find the activity or activities that you like or even love.
Taking the time to do so will make time but it is great time of life……
