Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who surprised everyone with his lean look on his 51st birthday on March 14, is currently on a weight losing spree for his most awaited film Dangal. It took nearly three months for Bollywood’s perfectionist to achieve his weight goals by following a strict weight loss schedule and gain the desired body for playing the role of younger wrestler in the film Dangal.

Aamir Khan would kick start his day as early as 6 am and would follow a strict weight loss schedule while he was in Arizona in the US.

His daily routine included venturing into the hilly regions to trek for hours at a stretch followed by cycling, weight exercises, swimming and playing tennis.

Aamir Khan also followed a special diet along with an extreme workout session assigned by his fitness trainer which he followed religiously.

Aamir Khan, who had gained 22 kgs for playing the role of an ageing wrestler, has lost 13 kgs in six months and will be shedding more 12 kgs for his younger role.

Role performance is everything. One have to play various roles in life.he is demonstrating role execution model. People must learnt from him and apply knowledge at any cost in life.
