Here’s A Life Lesson Deepika Padukone Learnt

Alright, this is merely a theory, but a mind blowing one! As we all know, Deepika Padukone courageously opened up about her battle with anxiety and depression and how she’s had to take therapy to overcome the illness. The actress has also been quite vocal about the Live Laugh Love foundation she is all set to open. Now, one day I decided to stalk Ranveer Singh on Instagram (for work purposes only) and found this rather cute picture he put up around three months ago.

A message passed to her from her boy friend Ranveerjit Singh ” set your alarm, Get up bright and early.Pull of tops and joggy bottoms. Go out side.No matter whatever weather . walk for 10 minutes, jog for 5 minutes. Skip for 5 minutes. Then turn around and walk back.Nice and early so no one turn around .Then get back home again.Cut your self some fruits.Apple, orangeness, mango and all in one.Add little yogurt for a healthy start up a day.

Go and pour some water. Have a shower.feel relax. ………
